Image KARMA
In Eastern religions, karma refers to a retributive justice within the cosmos. People believe that a person's status in the present was determined by his or her actions in a previous life and that, in turn, his or her actions and behaviors in this life will determine the status of his or her future life. Much like the notion of heaven and hell, the belief in karma is thought to motivate people in behaving well towards others.
