YOUNG SKEPTICS PROGRAM
FUN & GAMES

Skeptics - fun?

Sometimes people assume that skeptics don't have any fun - that we're just a bunch of crotchety old curmudgeons. But hang on, nothing could be farther from the truth! With all the excitement the world has to offer - the WOW! discoveries of science for instance, plus the additional fun to be had from exploring the wild and wacky ideas out there - skeptics are all about having a good time and we're getting younger every day! The difference is that we keep at least one foot on the ground and by doing so stay in touch with reality and avoid going all LoOpY!

So let's have fun!

Have you ever imagined what the world would be like if some of the wild and wacky ideas out there were true? Here's your chance to imagine this very thing and discover what parts of our world effect the probability or improbability of the ideas becoming a reality.

How much do you know about the variety of subject matter we skeptics concern ourselves with? Test your knowledge with our online trivia games and quizzes!

Coming soon - the Magic Room will feature fun puzzles and tricks that you can do at home or right on the computer. You can also send in your own magic tricks or tell us what you think is really going on with the ones we collect here, in the Magic Room!

Here we will be evaluating and collecting interesting toys and games that are on the market and help young people develop their thinking and have fun at the same time! You can send in toys and games that you enjoy too and we'll include them here!

More ideas for the Fun & Games section? Let us know!
You'll find more fun things to do in the activities area, the Exploring Imaginary Worlds program, the events section, the investigations room, the Skeptic Detectives Club, the contest listings and just about every other place on the web site.
